Please pardon this post- I am trying out the blogger app- if you have advice on posting with an iPad, feel free to leave comments. In the meantime, here are some cute kindergarteners. Happy Friday everybody.
Cave "Painting" is my favorite lesson with my 1st grade classes. I love reading the stories about how people lived ( and survived! )during that time period and showing my students all of the archeological finds throughout time that have helped us understand Pre Historic peoples. I especially love the colors of the earth, just that limited palette to color with!
Hi, Which app are you using? I just got a new iPad too and have been testing mine out. I just downloaded Bloggsy, not sure if I like it or not yet. I like how your photos have the white border. Did you do any cropping? I want to find the easiest why to take a photo, edit and post. I am sure you agree :)
One of my favorite parts of making cave art with the little ones is scrunching up the butcher paper, because when we all do it at the same time, it sounds like a rainstorm, so we pretend we are cavemen in our cave during a rainstorm. I went to an iPad workshop at the apple store last night, and I learned that the blogger app from the app store allows you to post pics. I had been trying to use safari, and I couldn't add pics. Duh! This was a very exciting discovery for me because now I can take pics and post all from my iPad without having to upload photos from my dinosaur camera to my laptop. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but definitely has the most used parts.I believe the white border around my pics is from a setting on blogger- it didn't come from a photo editing app. Speaking of which, it seems the camera itself shoes some basic editing, and iPhoto is probably the best photo editor for extras- any suggestions on other photo editing apps, anyone?
