Yearbook Cover Contest for all grades - entries due!

Students - this is the final week to turn in your designs to the front office! I hope lots of you will enter.

Dolvin Yearbook Cover Art Contest

Rules:

·         All entries must be on 8.5” x 11” paper (no lined notebook paper).
·         Please use a VERTICAL format. (portrait orientation)
·         This year’s theme is “Circus” and should include the Dolvin Dolphin.
·         All grades are invited to participate.
·         Entries can be drawn, painted, or created digitally.
·         No glitter, sequins, felt or anything else glued to design.
·         On the back of your entry in PENCIL include your name, grade, and homeroom teacher.
·         All entries are due in the yearbook folder located in the front office no later than 10:00            a.m. on November 7^th

Tips:

·         Make your design fill the space – draw big!
·         Use interesting details, but don’t make them too tiny and hard to see
·         Use bold, bright, smooth color
·         Don’t forget to design the background as well
