highlights from this week

kindergarteners learned to make 3-d forms from 2-d papers


2nd graders are making observational drawings of guitars which will become Cubist Collages next week...
3rd graders are coiling away on their clay coil pots

1st and 2nd grade clay projects are almost ready for glazing


5th grade Op Art drawings using one-point perspective

  3. I googled "one point perspective" and your site came up--i LOVE this lesson--it is exactly what i was looking for--would you ever share your lesson with me?? i am trying it with 5th grade--maybe 4th--it will be a perspective/color lesson--LOVE this!!!

I will be happy to - send your email address to me at the "contact Mrs. Knight" tab near the top. i wish i could take credit for coming up with this lesson, or at least remember the people who posted it originally. i found it browsing through blogs myself, then months later when it was time to teach it i couldn't find who posted it and just tried to remember how it looked.
