"Just make a mark...

...and see where it takes you."
This quote by Vashti's art teacher in the iconic art class book The Dot, by Peter H. Reynolds, has become our motto in 3rd grade over the last two weeks. We have a great start on our dot inspired works and hope to participate in the International Dot Day celebration on September 15. More to come!

    I printed out copies of the "make a dot and see..." posters I found on Pinterest! I love the Dot! Doing a dot project with my K's to start the school year.

    These look so sophisticated for 3rd grade! Love it.
    I am trying to figure out a way to have my middle school students participate in Dot Day. I think the message of the book is so important.
